SMIB Extends Support to Flood-Affected Communities through Donation Drive

In keeping with our commitment to social responsibility as a government financial institution, the State Mortgage and Investment Bank (SMIB), under the initiative of the SMIB Buddhist Association, successfully organized a humanitarian donation program to support communities affected by the recent floods.

As part of this meaningful initiative, essential sanitary items were donated to ensure the health and well-being of those displaced by the disaster. Special attention was given to the urgent need for safe drinking water. Accordingly, a significant number of water bottles were distributed, recognizing that access to clean water has become one of the most critical needs during the current situation.

This program reflects SMIB’s continuous dedication to standing with the nation in times of need and fulfilling our social responsibility with compassion and care. We extend our sincere appreciation to all staff members and well-wishers who generously contributed to making this initiative a success.
